Deanne Brunsch is an accomplished operational leader with a deep commitment to excellence in execution. With over 15 years of experience in cross-sector leadership, project management and strategic funding, Deanne established Ironbark Consulting to provide organizations with the fractional leadership necessary to bridge the gap between strategy and success.
Her expertise lies in navigating complex organizational challenges, supporting executive leadership and internal teams, specializing in securing strategic funding, building robust operational frameworks, and fostering long-term partnerships. Deanne has a proven track record of working alongside Indigenous Nations and organizations in Western Canada, delivering meaningful results through a respectful and collaborative approach.
Prior to founding Ironbark, Deanne held senior leadership roles where she managed multi-million dollar capital projects and led cross-functional teams toward successful delivery. Her educational background in business administration, accounting, travel and training in First Nations consultation provide a unique foundation for the integrated support Ironbark offers its clients today.
